Built in 1985, the complex was completely renovated in 1998 and is
located along a main road. It contains a number of 3-storey buildings
with a total of 324 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful large
garden and pool area (35,000 m²), a substantial lobby with lifts, hire
safes, a currency exchange desk, an Internet corner (for an added fee)
and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it includes a game and TV room, a
supermarket, a shop, a nightclub and a café. On the boulevard there are
a number of air-conditioned à la carte restaurants and an old pirate
ship which has been converted into a cosy bar. Room and laundry services
as well as medical assistance are also on offer. There are car parking
facilities and a children's playground as well as a kids' club available
for use.
